Method

  1. Heat ghee or charbi(Lamb fats) and add Mutton. Lamb Mutton with charbi is prefferable for traditional taste otherwise any mutton can be use.
  2. Fry muttton for 10 min on high heat till turned white.
  3. Add salt and vinegar and cook for 5 min.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and againg fry till light brown.
  5. Add tomatoes black pepper and water and close the lid on low flam untilll water dries and meat get tender.
  6. Now fry for 3-5 min till to seperate ghee on high flame.
  7. Namkeen peshwari karahi is ready. Garnish with fresh coriender ginger sticks and green chillies and serve hot.

Method

  1. Boil Daal with vinegar, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Fry chopped onion till translucent then add ginger garlic paste till light brown then add tomatoes and water till tender.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, termeric poewder, red chilli flakes chorinder powder, chooped cumin seedsand mix for 3-5 min ad add daal.
  4. Add water if daal needs some more softness.other wais leave daal for 5-10 min on very low flame.
  5. Take 1/2 cup oil, 2 whole red chillies, ginger sticks and fry and add this oil to daal.
  6. Mash daal fry is ready. Garnish with fresh coriender and green chillies
  7. Serve hot with naan.
  8. Enjoy!!!!

Method

  1. Grate potatoes and remove excess water by sqeezing in cloth.
  2. Grate chadder cheese.
  3. Mix all the ingredients like squeezed potatoes, chadder cheese, eggs and all the spices.
  4. Take 1 tablespoone in a nonstick pan and heat on medium flame and take some portion from mixture and start frying from one side to other.
  5. When cooked from both side and remove from pan and serve hot.

Method

  1. peel and grate loki.
  2. Heat butter and add grated loki in it and roast untill water dries.
  3. Add milk in roasted loki and cook untill milk dries and loki soften.
  4. Add sugar in roasted loki untill dissolve and mix.
  5. Now add khoya and coconut and mix then cook for 20 min.
  6. Add food color, mix and then cook untill butter seperatesand thickened.
  7. Dish out halwa in serving dish and serve hot.
