Paya (trotters ) yakhni Ingredients:

Paya gravy Ingredients

Instructions
Add all the yakhani ingredients and water in pressure cooker and let it cook in cooker for 2 hours.
After two hours yahkani is ready.
Separate onion and garlic bulb and remove garlic peels
In a pan add oil and thin slices of onion and cook until they get brown.
Grind brown fried onion, cooked garlic, onion and green chili
Cook this paste with fats removed from yakhani and oil until color change and oil separate.
Add trotters and meat in this masala, red chili powder lemon juice then cook on low heat for 15 min on low flame.
Add yakhani and the cook on low flame for 45 min to one hour in covered pan.
After 45 minutes turn off the flame garnish with green chili, ginger and fresh coriander. Serve hot with naan or chapati
