Instructions
Wash and dry all the capicum and start cuting. Remove seeds and cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in medium a sized pan on medium flame and add chopped onions until they get translucent.
When oniohs change their color add chopped ginger- garlic and cook on low to medium flame untill golden brown.
Now add salt and all other spices and roast them for one minut on low flame.
After 1 minute of cooking on low flame add beef mince and cook or do bhunai or stir for 10 minute on medium flame.
Now cover the pan and cook on low flame for 20 minutes
The mince is now half cooked. Now add tomatoes, lemon juice and fresh green coiander. I cut tomatoes into half.
Cover the pan with lid and cook 30-40 min.
Rmove peels and mix all tomatoes in mince.
Mix tomtoes by stiring and add capcicum peppers. Add some water aad red chilli flkes. Now cook for 10 minute in coverd pan.
Garnish with fresh green coriander.
