Instructions
wash rice and Soak for 20min. Boil Sweet Corn, Red Beans, green peas and chop green chillies..
Take a large size wok or pan and add oil to heat it on low flam.
Now add chicken cubes with salt and Cook for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes add garlid paste and cook for about ten minute. Keep stirring.
When chicken cubes change colour add rice, Tomato Puree boiled Corn boiled green Peas, choped green Chillies, boiled Red Bean.
Mix all the ingredients and add water.
Now add lemon juice and Cover the lid and leave one low flame for another 10 min.
After 10 min turn off the flame and serve mexican corn rice hot garnish with coriander and lemon.
