Now add all spices like red chilli powder, Red chilli flakes, dry coriander ground, whole ground cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, black papercorn powder, roasted chick pea powder and mix.
Knead again untill the mice get skicky.
Chop onion and completly remove water from it and
We have to chop fresh coriander and green chillis then add to chapli kabab mixture along with onions.Squeez a mmdium size lemon, add juice in this mince dough and mix throughly.
After mixing add fresh chopped tomatoes.
Now let this mixture rest for 20 minutes.
Take frying pan or griddle and add oil and heat on low flame. make shape of kababs from mince and put on hot oil.
Place 2-3 kababs as much space allow you and let them cook for 10 min fron each side on medium flame.
When both sides cook add one slice of tomato under each kabab.
Serve with onion tomatoes and green chatni of min and coriander along with roti and naan.

Please don't turn the sides untill completely cook from one side otherwise they will break. While cooking flame should be low so that mince can cook throughly.
