Capsicum mince recipe or beef mince with capsicum or qeema shimla mirch recipe is quick and irresistiable recipe made up of ground beef and capsicum(shimla mirch) along with spices and other vegetables like onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and fresh green coiander or calintro leaves.
Ingredients for capsicum mince recipe or qeema shimla mirch recipe:
Mince
I am using premium qualitybof beef mince with 20 to 30 percent fats. You can use mutton or chicken mince, if you don’t like beef
Vegetables
Includes onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, fresh coriander, green chillies and capsicum.
spices
To make qeema shimla mirch we use salt and some simple commonly use Indian spices. Spices includes red chilli powde
oil
We can use butter, cooking oil and ghee. I prefer to use mix vegetables cooking oil.
Water
We use water for tendrizing meat in steam over low flame.
How to make qeema with shimla mirch or mince with capsicum?
Wash and dry all the capicum and start cuting. Remove seeds and cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in medium a sized pan on medium flame and add chopped onions until they get translucent.
When oniohs change their color add chopped ginger- garlic and cook on low to medium flame untill golden brown.
Now add salt and all other spices and roast them for one minut on low flame.
After 1 minute of cooking on low flame add beef mince and cook or do bhunai or stir for 10 minute on medium flame.
Now cover the pan and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
The mince is now half cooked. Now add tomatoes, lemon juice and fresh green coiander. I cut tomatoes into half.
Cover the pan with lid and cook 30-40 min.
Rmove peels and mix all tomatoes in mince.
Mix tomtoes by stiring and add capcicum peppers. Add some water aad red chilli flkes. Now cook for 10 minute in coverd pan.
Garnish with fresh green coriander

- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g Tomatoes

- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds powde
- 200 ml water
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice optional
- ½ cup Fresh coriander chopped
Instructions
